Post your advice below. The best responses will be published in G2 next Friday
I'm 29 and have recently begun a relationship with my 35-year-old boss. Both of us have recently split up with long-term partners and his ex, in particular, is taking the break-up very badly. So far, we've kept the relationship a secret to avoid hurting them but I know there's only so long we can do this and think we should be honest.
Things between us were initially wonderful but the stress of the situation is getting to both of us. I think he feels a huge amount of guilt for leaving his ex but he won't open up and seems withdrawn. I'm left feeling vulnerable and wondering if I should just walk away.
