Eva Wiseman picks the best products to soothe tired eyes
Since watching live sorcery at a magazine photo shoot, I've become interested in eye patches. The beauty kind, as opposed to the pirate's. At this shoot I witnessed a celebrity sit down in the make-up artist's chair, dark eyed and jet-lagged, and stand up post-eye patch as bright and alert as a puppy just shown its lead. It's a short-term fix (try a pair before a party, or sprawled on the floor of the disabled loos at work before a date), but the Bliss Triple Oxygen Instant Energizing Mask (35.80, blissworld.co.uk) ? the star of the photo shoot ? really made a difference. The annoying thing is that you can't watch telly in them but, as I'm learning, one can't have everything.
